Account lock for suspicious activity

Nightmare with account

Hello my account was locked about 4 months ago for suspicious activity, the reason I wasn’t using it was because I was waiting for the EIN to arrive, when I tried to log back in and actually start selling nothing the account is locked they requested me the statement of the card I used to make the last purchase which was the 40$ monthly fee but nothing they say it wasn’t that one I’ve sent over 40 emails contacted support by phone more than 10 times and nothing idk what to do at this point they tell me that I will receive an email with next steps but nothing, this are the error message if anyone can assist me I already tried Dave, Jeff all the emails you can imagine and nothing.
