Generic Keywords “Add More” for extra rows of keywords?

I’ve just noticed that some of my listings have an option to ‘Add More’ on the generic keywords like you can on the Bullet Points, giving extra rows to fill. Is there any value in filling in multiple rows of keywords? As far as I know, on a normal listing anyway, it only allows up to 250 characters, but is it possible Amazon will allow multiples of this on these listings?
