Hello guys i’m new here so sorry if this question has been asked already a bunch. I did a couple google searches and watched more videos than I can count on YouTube but can’t get an concise answer.
What would be better for a new amazon store with LLC in hopes of eventually getting loans and looking good to lenders, my home address or a virtual office from say alliance or Regus? I looked and they have a couple locations in my area just a little more on the expensive side for starting out.
To give a little more info Im in the midst of launching my online store and getting a sellers account & I don’t necessarily want to use my home address on the site and what not or have it published in public record on the LLC. I found out virtual offices or addresses can be a solution but I’ve seen and heard conflicting things in regards to how lenders and banks view this.
I spoke to a banker at Wells Fargo and he told me that they usually ask for lease info when you go to get loans to verify that the business is actually at the location and not fraud. He also told me to just use my personal address as that is what he uses but like I said I don’t want my home address published or to have shoppers show up to my house haha.
But seriously would greatly appreciate any insight on this if anyone has any
