How high is usually your account level reserve? I think a bug accidently messed mine up!

So here’s the thing, I’ve been selling on Amazon for a while (not much but still) but I’ve never requested a payment or even assigned a receiving bank account for the marketplace since I haven’t needed the money.

Yesterday I started looking into this and in on of the marketplaces I’ve been selling in (Italy), I had around £91. For some reason (I don’t know why), I clicked the “request a payment” button on the statement view page to see what would happen.

What happened was that a message showed up that said something like “this accounts is not eligable for payouts” and I thought that was it. Then I noticed that my Net proceeds suddenly was zero and my account level reserve had multiplied by 10, so from around £9 to £91.

Does anyone know why this happened and what I can do ro resolve it? The ALS on my other marketplaces where I sell MUCH more is only around £9, the same amount that the Italy marketplace used to be at?

Edit: It appears almost like the whole net proceeds was moved to the account level reserve
