Hi all, looking for some guidance as a brand new amazon seller. any and all would be much appreciated!
Canadian FBM seller with approximately 150 fulfilled orders, with 0 customer/delivery issues thus far. All shipping through Canada Post with tracking.
Customer claims ‘item not received’. Tracking says otherwise and that item was delivered to community mailbox/parcel box. Correspondence with customer has been very labored (eg. long response times, ignored/delayed requests for more information required for post investigation, etc.) which inclines me to believe I’m being scammed.
Canada post’s investigation yielded nothing, as they are simply limited to what they can see in the tracking. So, what is my best course of action here? Just refund the money or tell the customer to initiate an A-Z claim?
As an aside, are Amazon fees refunded to me in both cases?
