Desperately need help. UPS and Vendor Central.
I desperately need a solution here.
I run a small team for a mid sized company that drop ships big and bulky outdoor play equipment for Amazon. 90% of our assortment is sold via Amazon Vendor Central.
Usually UPS comes once a day to pick up our products. Unfortunately, they only come in a small parcel truck and since our items are big and bulky, many get left behind shipping out later and later.
Daily, we’re basically begging UPS to come pick up these packages to get them to customers. My local UPS rep says he doesn’t make money on collect shipments (when retailers pay for the shipping) so he doesn’t prioritize us.
My only options are
A.) Call UPS daily to try and get them to pick these up.
B.) Form a contract with UPS where I have to pay shipping. We’d lose so much money because our products are big and bulky.
Has anyone else dealt with this?

Calculating actual costs
Here is an interesting thought. If you are paying for stuff on credit card or your credit card anywhere in your life so you have let’s say 2% a month cost of money.
Send stuff to AWD and it takes 8 weeks from when you get your inventory in to your warehouse until it is listed on Amazon in prime position.
Your cost has already gone up 5% of cogs. Very important that everybody takes note of this.
The current trend is that Amazon has push everyone into disprofitability any cunning fashion in which most of us have not realized that we have become unprofitable. And then it supports his notice that the stock is not really going up so the money is not going back this shareholders it’s probably mainly going to one guy’s pocket.

My first Amazon return. refunded more that I received from Amzn
My first return. Total sale was $170 for the unit (tool) and taxes, etc. Amazon paid out like $140 for my cut. I get the thing back and go to the orders page. I refunded the whole thing. Will Amazon refund me their fee and the sales tax? Seems like I’m gonna lose $30 here. Thanks

Must be an Ancient Chinese Secret
When I do a search on Amazon of my registered trademark my China based competitor’s listing shows up first. How is that possible? Do they pay Amazon to make this happen?

How long does it take to get public developer profile access?
Hi everyone.
I am trying to get access to amazon public developer access to create amazon seller app. But it’s been more than 2 weeks since i have heard from them.
How long does it usually take? And how hard is it?
I have been following some articles and youtube videos suggesting that it usually isn’t hard to get access.
I have a website with proper terms and privacy page and have a valid use-case with few people already using the app. We are currently manually downloading and uploading reports in the system but would like to automate that by getting access to apis.
