Amazon fba/fbm Ungated

New to FBM/FBA. If i wanted to get ungated in a brand, let’s use yankee candle as an example, would purchasing 10 items and sending an invoice from yankee candles website directly to amazon count as a ” purchase invoice for products from a manufacturer or distributor”?
