I’m Being Forced To Register Again With Amazon Seller Central
Hello,
I originally created my Amazon Seller Central account last year and was selling a product I invented. I haven’t sold anything since last year due to supply chain issues and changing manufacturers. I just tried to sign into my Amazon Seller Central account to prep for my new inventory, and I’m now being asked to complete the merchant registration again – Business info, Tax info, Point of Contact info (locked), Payment info, Connect your store (locked). When I try to enter my business name it says “That name s taken. We don’t allow duplicates. Please enter another.” I’ve trademarked that name, and was using it just fine.
Did I just lose access to my original Seller Central Account? Is all my past PPC campaign data now lost? I can’t get far enough to contact Seller Central with my account. My address and credit card still shows up. I was able to sign into Seller Central last week just fine. Why is this happing now and how should I resolve this? I’m not sure If I should just try a slightly different business name and reregister.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
