product description and bullet points disappeared.

As the title says, the product description and the bullet points that is under the product has completely gone from the customer POV. And not just one product, but has the same issue with almost all my products. These are like the main things that give the customer information and now it’s not there. I whole heartedly believe that this has affected my sales on Amazon. Not that it was bussing before this but atleast 1 sales in a week or two. I have contacted Amazon and written so many cases, they said they had fixed the problem but nope nothing happened. They also had said that the brand name is causing this but as I said in this subreddit before * I registered the brand name as ROMAX but I used NC in the brand name because the thrid party product codes that I had bought were linked to the brand name NC AND I cannot change it * Amazon said this might be the jssue. Then why is it not all my products ??

Does anyone know the problem causing this? I’m really frustrated with the amaozn replies, I don’t think they’re understanding my issue
