Hello Amazon sellers,
Recently, I purchased an item directly from the brand owner and proceeded to list it on my Amazon seller account. However, one of my competitors reported a violation to Amazon, which has adversely affected my health rating.
In response to Amazon’s request for documentation of brand authorization, I promptly obtained a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand owner and submitted it along with the invoice as evidence of my legitimate sourcing.
To my dismay, my submissions were both denied, citing insufficiency of documentation. I find this perplexing and frustrating, as I believe I have provided all the necessary documentation as per Amazon’s requirements.
I am at a loss as to how to proceed. Should I continue to resubmit the same documentation, or would it be more prudent to open a new claim?
