I already updated 2 cards, one of them is a physical one (French bank, I’m registering as a French limited company), filed a support ticket, they wrote back that they just deactivated my account, a link for “more info” points me to some generic page with no information on why and then there’s another email that says they’re still checking (3 days — nothing).
What’s your experience with that? Shall I just close that account down and open a new one? Or is it normal that they have such a user-unfriendly interface, UX, and customer support that is ran by robots?
