I’ve done around 100 fbm orders only since I started, mostly do FBA. This is the first time someone claimed that they haven’t received the order. I have open a ticket with Canada Post and I did buy insurance when shipping it out. I am not sure what else to do at this time. The item is not expensive, selling price is $46. Just the way this customer messaged sounds like a scammer to me. Should I just refund and wait for Canada Post investigation? Just for the peace of mind
