Hi, I am not sure if anybody uses shopify to import orders from Amazon.
I am just trying to understand how Amazon sends tracking numbers to their customers.
I have got the system setup, so that the tracking number is imported into Amazon, but it is a hyperlink tracking number that goes to the fulfillment tracking url. So, my questions are:
Does Amazon retain the hyperlink status for the tracking numbers?
How does Amazon send/display tracking number to the customers? If email, how can I edit the email so it includes the fulfillment tracking url?
Does Amazon even allow thirdparty tracking urls? Since they are hellbent on making sure customers stay within Amazon at all costs.
