So, I had an application DUO by CISCO for Two Factor Verification but I accidentally deleted the access to Amazon Seller Central. So, I have followed the instructions to disable the Two Factor Verification I uploaded my ID last Saturday(04/20) But I haven’t heard back anything from them. I have uploaded my ID couple of times but I haven’t heard back anything yet. I will really appreciate any help.
What can I do, or is anyone else experiencing this?
How do I contact Amazon if I can’t get into my account?
