Listing suppressed due to a report of product melting
So I have a product that has 13 other offers. My offer was suppressed, apparently because there was a report of the product melting. I have no other details than that. Amazon is asking me for a document from the manufacturer that details its melting points. It is an RA product, so obviously I can’t produce this. My only option is to delist/delete and try to relist in 24h. Thankfully I only have 15 in stock and haven’t paid for the next batch yet. If I can’t relist, I’ll have to give up and request my inventory back and everyone is getting one of these for Xmas.
Anyway, since it’s a shared listing, why aren’t the other offers affected? Could it possibly be an attack from another seller. It’s settled now, but the last couple weeks has been a price war and I’ve held the buybox for 90% of it. Price is back up and no one has tried to take the buybox from me for about a week.
If it is a legitimate case of the product melting, how would I request more info. I have literally nothing. No customer/order. Not even a message. Just immediate suppressed offer.
Kinda sucks. Any insight?
