Request Approval Denied With invoice Attached

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone can help me.

I’m requiring a brand approval request for some brands.

The invoice attached does not have the Seller name on it since we buy our products from another company called Sevenex. Since sevenex buy from a distributor, can Sevenex supply Best2Me (company on amazon)?

I send them all invoices with sevenex name instead of best2me and they didn’t approved. Should I reply to this case?
