Buy box percentage question
Would love to hear other sellers input. I have a fairly decent sized store (100k+ orders in the past 12 months). I have probably what is considered an abnormal amount of active skus (12,500+ currently), due to being a brick and mortar store as well.
My buy box percentage has been hovering around 7-9% for the past couple of months. Does this seem low to you? We are mainly authorized resellers of big brands such as RVCA, O’Neill, Billabong etc. We are getting beat out pretty hard by Amazon and Zappos and are looking to optimize our catalog and buy box %. I guess the point of this post is to spark some discussion and maybe learn something from some veteran sellers! Any tips would be much appreciated, happy to give more details.
