Errors when attempting to create a seller account

I tried via the iPhone app and keep getting the CS11 error. Switched over to the website and seeing page not found and errors saying no seller account found. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I get these errors after logging in and then clicking on the link to create an individual seller account. For the heck of it I also tried the premium button and same errors.

I submitted a ticket tonight and when I click the link to view my ticket from the email I received I get the same error message. Has anyone seen this before?
