Is there a way to re-open a seller account I closed myself? Or can I make a new one?

I’ve seen conflicting things on this. I had a seller account for about a year, closed it out as I wasn’t using it as much (busy with other things) and had Amazon close it. Account was in good standing, was making a small profit. I had my LLC attached to it. If I log in now it says [terminated] next to the US, MX, UK etc markets. Am I allowed to make a new seller account? Can I use the same LLC? I’ve seen conflicting things like appeal to Amazon to re-open the original account (don’t see a way to do that) and if you try to open a new account you won’t pass the verification process. Anyone done this process successfully? Either appealing or creating a new one? Appreciate the help.
