Listing only shows Expedited Shipping, regular shipping not showing up.

I have a listing that has only have been selling expedited shipping lately. I’ll sell a few of them a day, but shipping is ridiculously high right now.

So I checked the listing on my phone and in Incognito mode and the only available shipping option is Expedited.

Why would this be and how do I fix it?

I don’t entirely mind because I make more on the expedited shipping, but I would like to offer the lower shipping cost because I’ll probably sell a few more units.
