Registered Brand vs Brand Registry Administrator

My Seller Central account has my registered brand listed but when I went on to my Brand Registry.Amazon account it says that I’m “Not Authorized – You must be an administrator of one or more brands to view this page”

What is the difference between these 2 distinctions?
