Account Level Reserve – No Account Issues That I Can See
Starting on Wednesday 11/9/22 – all of our funds went into the Account Level Reserve. We’ve been selling on Amazon six years, all in the US marketplace. We have no current claims against our account, and everything looks good that I can tell (account health, feedback, A-Z, Chargebacks, etc).
A couple of days ago I noticed that we had an invoiced order (almost all of our orders come through as standard orders) – and it appears that the invoiced order will pay out as it should. But we still have several thousand dollars tied up in the account level reserve for all our standard orders.
I’ve been unable to get any answers from seller support except that their merchant credit team is looking into it.
Any ideas what might be causing this? Thanks.
