My 3PL refuses to barcode any products for FBA

Hey guys, so I’m having a logistical problem. We started recently on FBM & are kicking some serious butt with over 14 sales our first week. However – we are encountering one problem, our 3PL is strangely now our stumbling block. They refuse to label anything to send to FBA. Would Amazon barcode products for me if they arrived ready to ship?
