Can somebody here please help me out here?

My seller account has been deactivated because apparently I have another account with the same information. I try to login to that other account with the only other email I have ever use for amazon and it says I’m not authorized. So I call seller support and explain I don’t have access to that account and the say there’s nothing they can do?? How am I supposed to close an account that has already been closed but still showing it’s active??
