please help something is wrong.

I’ve recently started trying to open an Amazon seller’s account but it’ll only ever go as far as choosing My country no matter what I choose it will always lag out crash exit me out of the app and make me restart I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app including doing it on my computer online and it still does it. Does anybody know how to fix this?
