A+ Content Manager Access

Hello all,

I do not see the A+ Content Manager under the advertising tab although I already have a registered brand and associated the ASIN of the product I am selling with the brand. When I reached out to the chat they told me I needed to have a Professional Selling Account the subscription one, can anyone advise on this matter?
