New to selling on Amazon and cannot get any help!!

So I got my first deposit sent to me on December 11 but for some reason I’m the captions it says this money was sent to account number $( hash-get tail account) I’m completely lost because I have never heard of this account and cannot get anyone on there help team to help me it’s been 38 hours with no response so if anyone can lend a hand it would be greatly appreciated.
