When I send Amazon inventory they only indicate they received exactly half of what I send..wtf?

I’ve only been fba for a month so I’m not sure why half of my inventory is lost. Also, even though they aknowledge receiving 50%, my available supply remains at zero. It has been at zero for over a week even though they have my stuff.
