transparency codes

Hi All,

I recently had one of my RA items unfulfillable due to missing transparency code. Is this something new? I sold one of the same exact items recently, that didn’t require one. Is applying the transparency code something the seller does, in addition to Amazon labeling? TIA for your help. I have to supply them with an invoice to get the issue settled.
