Is there a way to view user activity on my seller account?

Hi,

New to selling on Amazon and currently have hired a company to take care of this for me, however I haven’t been able to reach them in months and the store is sitting fairly stagnant. (Thinking I was scammed)

I am looking for a way to view what users on my seller account have been doing so I can see if they are still active in running my store or if they have just abandoned it, is this possible?
