Trademark used to register brand got denied after a year

I opened a store in early 2022 and got the brand registered on Amazon using a pending trademark application. The trademark application has since been denied due to a likelihood of confusion with a similar brand. Will Amazon revoke approval of my brand now that the trademark application has been denied? It’s been almost a year at this point and I’m afraid of losing all the progress we’ve made.

Do I create a new trademark application and update the application number on my Amazon store somehow? Or will Amazon not check the status of the trademark application again?

Has anyone been through this situation or have any insight?
