Advice needed for a new seller

My brand name isn’t affixed to either the product (for aesthetic reasons) or the packaging (it does have our logo stuck to it but isn’t permanently affixed). I also dont have the trademark so i cant register on amazon brand registry. I manufacture the products so i require a product id exemption. Im getting the said exemption but i will have to sell my product as GENERIC brand instead of my own label. Will this affect the sales? Please give your insights, thanks
