Newbie: How to sell used products on Amazon?

Hello, Amazon seller newbie here, just created my account, and I’m trying to sell some used stuff I’ve got in home, like PS1 console and some old video games but whenever I try to apply for listing, I keep receiving limitation message says (Refurbished, used conditions: You cannot list the product in this condition.) and (You need approval to list in this brand.) I mean, how do people able to sell used stuff on Amazon?
