Gated for specific ASIN under approved brand?

I was recently approved to sell Nintendo products. I was attempting to list a game today that is by Nintendo and the doomed “request” icon was there. After clicking on it, it said that I can sell the game in new condition but not used. This is a 20 year old game and obviously I can’t supply or obtain an invoice for 10 units. Anyone know why it would be designated like this or a work around?
