CHILD VARIANT IS GETTING EXCLUDED FROM PARENT VARIANT.

Can someone please tell me why this is happening?

I tried doing it manually and later was suggested by seller support to do it through flat file. Tried doing it too but got separated again after a week.

Also, the rating are suddenly disappearing. And our bullet points description is also not getting updated.

PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO!
