IP Claim Got Me. Help?
Me and my buddy have been dropshipping from aliexpress to Amazon for the past week without realizing it was against policy. We got a complaint about intellectual property claim against us for 2 products. (Yes we deserve this I know.) but there is about $800 in our Amazon seller account right now that’s on hold from our account status reserve. Now that we know that selling this way is against the rules we plan on closing the account and discontinuing dropshipping – but while these two claims are still on our account will we ever be able to cash out? We aren’t worried about keeping our account, only getting the $800 out… I know I didn’t follow Amazon policy, but does anyone have any tips for us by chance?
