I created a seller account and it got deactivated instantly
I’ve recently created a seller account and after filling out my personal info I got approved after Amazon sent me my verification code and entered it. My account was active and ready to set up my storefront. But not even 24hrs passed and my account got deactivated. I figured to send documents of billings for gas or water and such then sent them over to the Amazon seller support team.
Only again not 24 hours have passed and Amazon sent me an email saying they couldn’t verify the documents I sent to them. I’ve watched a couple videos and read some posts about sending appeal letters to Amazon seller support but I don’t know if this pertains to my situation. I’m constantly looking over my profile, reading the terms of service trying to see if I missed something. If anyone has any tips or similar cases of this happening to them please let me know if there’s any solution to this problem.
