User Permission Issues

Hi All,

Wondered if anyone has experienced this.

My seller account has never had an issue, as a secondary user, with being granted user permissions but recently no admin account has been able to. They are on the professional selling plan so should be able to grant them but they still can’t.

As context I work for an agency so we are secondary users on a lot of accounts. There are currently 4 admin accounts who cannot grant me user permissions, even after creating a new account.
