Issue with plan charge. Any way to call them direct?

I got charged 39.99 for a plan when I never listed a product and just wanted an individual account. I try to get it reimbursed but the system says there wasn’t any charge sent to that account. I send in tickets but no one responds to them. Help? I don’t want to charge it back but I will if I have to.
