buybox eligibility

Has anyone EVER experienced losing buybox eligibility 3 times in the matter of a few weeks? First time for a day, then for 4 days and currently the second day without it, with about 6-7 days in between. With absolutely nothing changed. 0% odr and healthy account status with 0 pending a to z claims and 0 chargebacks. With just 4 old policy violations that will soon be dropping off. This is ridiculous. How can an account be eligible and then not be eligible when it was just eligible a few days ago and nothing with the account has changed? Some insight please!
