new account deactivation, please help :)

Hey there! I recently opened a seller account and completed all the initial identity and address verification. For address, I’m using a registered agent as I didn’t want my home to be listed publicly.

A few minutes later, I received an email that the account is deactivated because they wanted further identification. They’re asking for a utility bill for that address which even if i can get won’t have my business name on it.

Any advice on how to proceed would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance:)
