Need Advice on being Sold expired Liquidation products
| |
I ordered over 200 units of items from a liquidation site based in “Linden, New Jersey “ last weekend. They consisted of granola bars, vitamin c powder, and energy gel drink with some units of tampons. Aside from the tampons which have no best before / expiry, all of the items shipped to my prep center were expired as long ago as oct 2021 and some expired January 2023 upon inspection. The customer service from this place has been beyond professional with customer support not even giving their names and typing in all caps and very un-customer centric. They told me they only allow returns to be compensated with credit for their website AFTER I ship back the expired goods. I find this unscrupulous and unprofessional being I no longer trust their company since they sell expired goods taken from warehouses of Amazon and they did not even bother to respond on the same day as me emailing them my concern, not only that but they do not seem to be accustomed of talking to their customers. Would I be able to pull a dispute with my bank? I called them and they said there was no transaction yet and maybe the last time I checked the charge was pending. I would love the feedback and advice to this since I am relatively new to selling on Amazon. submitted by /u/stormhaven8472 |
