Is it possible to exclusively sell to one person on Amazon?

I am in a unique situation where the larger corporation I work for limits where we can buy supplies from. Amazon is on the approved list. To make life easier for our local operation I’m thinking about starting an Amazon account and selling exclusively to our local operation the things that are very difficult to buy for our current approved vendors.

Is there a way to make sure only my local company can buy what I’m selling?

Am I breaking any Amazon rules?
