Listing HIJACKED

Guy from China, which I assume affiliated with some company – stole 3 or 4 of our top performing listings, got taken down once already, just to hop on a new account and repeat the process. What I’m asking, is does Amazon IP accelerator program help with this? My idea is that we pay for it with their trusted lawyer that we were recommended by Amazon, and within 24 hours we can order the Transparency Barcodes to put on our items so these hijackers can kick rocks.
