Can I sell new books rejected by author?

I have access to about 200 beautiful books that the author rejected because of a small mistake on one page. It’s not even noticeable unless you know what you are looking for, and I am thinking of buying these books at a deep discount from the printer and reselling them.

Each of the books is shrinkwrapped and immaculate.

I’m investigating selling them on Amazon as an individual seller. I’m unsure how to list them though.

They are new books, but I am reselling them after buying them from the printer. So are they “new” books?

Who is the manufacturer? The printer?

Do I offer a “manufacturer’s warranty”?
