delay in receiving my products
Hi, I’m wondering if any of you have experienced delays in shipping your products to Amazon’s warehouse lately? I sent my first shipment to replenish my products on January 5th and my second on January 25th, and even though Amazon has received my products, my inventory is still not updated. I have tried creating a case for my problem but they say it will be open for investigation 3 days from now. I just can’t wait any longer, I have 2 products that havr been 0 inventory for more than a week and it affects my sales.
I’m just curious if anyone else has experienced this and what steps you took to resolve the issue? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
