Running out of patience for dealing with Amazon “seller support”

They’ve been taking down products the past couple of days for “medical claims”. Which is vague as hell, and could apply to thousands of products that Amazon sells themself. They took down cough drops, I assume because they said they help with sore throats.
They took down Dramamine I guess because it says it helps with motion sickness, which again they consider a medical claim.
Yes Amazon, Tylenol says it helps with fever. Head and Shoulders says it helps with dandruff. Ice packs say they help when you twist your ankle. These are all “medical claims”.
And of course you can’t talk to anyone, at this point I’m starting to be damn rude in my messages, not that they read them anyway.
Argh, hate them so much.
