Question with identity Verification
Hello, I created an account on seller central some months ago to get a feel for how to work the platform before I lunch my product. Long story short I am ready in 2 weeks to ship the product to the fulfilment centre and I found out that my account was deactivated(Because of Inactivity) and I need to send my identity documentation again. I did the same documents and to my surprise, I received a general email saying it was the documents were declined and they present me with an email with 10 reasons that might have caused this cancellation.
First Question: How on earth did I get declined, the first time they accepted me with the same documentation.
Second Question: Why the emails are very general and I feel they are copy-pasted? Is this normal?
3rd question: How can I find the Identity Verification page? to try again?
