Inventory Planning for Pan-EU (UK Seller)
Hey all!
I have a question regarding inventory management for PAN-EU stock.
We’re a UK seller selling in the UK, USA, Germany, Italy, and France (Vat registered through Amazon). We tend to use the “Restock Inventory” screen to plan our Amazon deliveries.
However, I’m confused as to how this works for Europe. For example, one particular SKU is selling well in Germany but not in Italy. Italy is our default location for sending the stock to FBA. Still, I tie myself in knots as to which country I should look at to see the quantity sold over 30 days and Amazon’s recommended quantity.
Also, Amazon lump stock suggestions for the UK and Europe together, despite Pan-EU no longer being across the border (between UK and EU)!
Does anyone have any tips for this? Maybe I’m missing something really simple!
