Cx purchased $400 worth of product (2items) back in October (5th) and claims they returned the product Jan 25. We have not received the item and tracking doesn’t show movement. They are now harassing us with messages demanding a refund. Please help advise how to decline this properly. Thank you!

It’s a little crazy that this is where I’m at as I believe in doing good business at all times but I’m starting to get more and more people claiming for refunds more than 2 months past it’s delivery which is a bit ridiculous and I would like to protect our hard earned $ where I can. And to have somebody ask for a refund and supposedly returned 4 months after delivery is a new one for me.

Any help here would be appreciated bc I don’t like to be taken advantage of.
